摘要
The development of laser-driven color converters with exceptional thermal stability and high luminous quality is critical to advancing lighting technologies. In this study, we successfully synthesized the AlN-La 3 Si 6 N 11 : Ce 3+ (AlN-LSN:Ce) phosphor-in-glass film (PiGF) composite by incorporating micron-sized AlN particles, which not only enhances heat dissipation but also acts as effective scattering centers to modulate the luminescent spot. Specifically, the presence of micron-sized AlN particles creates thermally conductive channels that effectively mitigate laser-induced heat accumulation, enabling the optimized AlN-LSN:Ce PiGF to withstand a laser power density of up to 20 W/mm 2 and achieve a maximum luminous flux of 1406 lm, which is 33.3% higher than that of the AlN-free LSN:Ce PiGF (15 W/mm 2 ). Meanwhile, the role of AlN particles as scattering centers influencing the luminescent spot size of LSN:Ce PiGF is confirmed, and the optimal AlN content is determined. Additionally, an AlN-LSN:Ce PiGF@sapphire@CaAlSiN 3 :Eu 2+ (CASN:Eu) PiGF sandwich structure-based lighting was fabricated, yielding warm white light emission with a color rendering index of 87.9, luminous efficiency of 109 lm/W, CIE coordinates of (0.35, 0.30), and a correlated color temperature of 4672 K. The proposed composite may contribute to the development of high-performance laser-driven color converters, which simultaneously address the critical requirements for efficient thermal management and precise luminous spot control.
