摘要
Biomass-derived carbonized cicada wings (CCWs) exhibit unique microstructures and demonstrate promise as lightweight microwave-absorbing materials. However, their practical application is hindered by inherently inadequate dielectric loss capabilities and poor impedance matching. To address this limitation, ternary CCWs/Reduced graphene oxide aerogels (rGOAs)/polyaniline (PANI) composites were fabricated through mechanical grinding of CCWs with rGOAs and PANI particles. The synergistic integration of rGOAs and PANI significantly enhanced the dielectric loss capacity and optimized impedance matching behavior, substantially improving electromagnetic wave attenuation performance. The minimum reflection loss ( RL min ) of −61.36 dB at 1.8 mm, and an effective absorption bandwidth ( RL ≤ −10 dB) of 5.2 GHz (12.8–18 GHz). This study reveals the significant potential of (CCWs/rGOAs):PANI composites as promising candidates for lightweight, high-performance microwave-absorbing materials.
