摘要

This experiment constructed a heterostructure composite material of copper tungstate and molybdenum disulfide (CuWO 4 @MoS 2 ) through an interfacial regulation strategy. The samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Based on CuWO 4 @MoS 2 heterojunction materials, electrochemical sensors were constructed for the detection of o-aminophenol (OAP). Research has indicated that interface regulation CuWO 4 @MoS 2 it can effectively improve electron transfer ability, enhance structural stability, and thus improve electrochemical activity. Under optimal conditions, differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was used to detect OAP in the concentration range of 0.3–14.8 μM and 14.8–74.1 μM, and the electrochemical response peak current showed two linear segments, namely, Ip (μA) = 7.27 × 10 −2 C (μM) - 1.76 × 10 −2 (R 2  = 0.9983) and Ip (μA) = 2.40 × 10 −2 C (μM) + 0.7 (R 2  = 0.9904). This method achieved a detection limit as low as 0.027 μM. The actual sample of OAP was detected using the spiked recovery method, and the recovery rate was measured to be 98.00% - 100.00%, with favorable results. In summary, the electrochemical sensor constructed in this experiment has easy operation, low cost, anti-interference, and reliable stability and can be used for rapid detection of OAP in river water.
