摘要
Conventional granular catalysts exhibit insufficient stability in high-temperature N 2 O catalysis, suffering from issues such as significant bed pressure drop and particle sintering/agglomeration. While light curing molding offers an effective approach for fabricating novel monolithic catalysts to reduce pressure drop and prevent sintering, this method necessitates high-temperature calcination for carrier stabilization, inevitably creating a trade-off between specific surface area and mechanical strength. This study proposes a novel LaMgAl 11 O 19 (LMA) carrier preparation method combining light curing molding with in-situ solid-state synthesis. This approach achieves both precise macro-geometric structuring through light curing molding and simultaneous regulation of LMA crystallization, coarsening, and carrier stabilization via in-situ solid-state reaction, thereby balancing the conflict between carrier strength and specific surface area. The resulting 3D-LMA carrier demonstrates superior performance compared to those produced by traditional 3D-printing methods, maintaining a specific surface area of 10.20 m 2 /g after sintering at 1350 °C with compressive strength reaching 97.62 ± 22.20 MPa. When loaded with Ir to form 3D-Ir/LMA, the catalyst outperforms granular LMA catalysts in N 2 O decomposition tests, exhibiting enhanced catalytic activity and stability. This breakthrough provides new possibilities for meeting the demands of high-temperature N 2 O catalysis.
