摘要
Flexible electroluminescent displays represent a significant advancement beyond rigid technologies like LCDs, yet alternating current electroluminescent (ACEL) devices face limitations in color performance and brightness. This study introduces an innovative dielectric-luminescent coupling material, BaTiO 3 @CsPbX 3 (PeBTO), designed to enhance the color and brightness performance of flexible ACEL displays. The core-shell architecture synergistically combines the high dielectric constant of BaTiO 3 with the tunable narrow-band luminescence of perovskite quantum dots. When integrated into ZnS-based ACEL devices, PeBTO optimizes electric field distribution, which not only significantly increases the dielectric constant (from 4.41 to 28.71) but also enhances the luminance by approximately 121%. Leveraging a photoconversion mechanism, PeBTO enables multicolor displays by absorbing ZnS blue electroluminescence and re-emitting green/red light. Fully flexible devices demonstrate stable multicolor emission under mechanical deformation (folding, twisting, stretching), showcasing enhanced brightness and reliable color output. This work contributes to the development of efficient, flexible displays with synergistic dielectric-luminescent regulation.
