摘要

Ni–P–MoS 2 composite coatings often suffer from reduced corrosion resistance despite their excellent lubricating properties. To address this limitation, this study developed a novel Ni–P–MoS 2 –PTFE composite coating via electrodeposition, incorporating hydrophilic-modified MoS 2 nanosheets and oxidized PTFE particles to enhance co-deposition and dispersion. Electrochemical tests, salt spray exposure, and mechanical characterization demonstrated significantly improved properties. The optimized coating with 3 g L –1 PTFE exhibited superior corrosion resistance, showing a maximum electrochemical impedance of 118 300 Ω cm 2 after 20 days of salt spray testing. It also displayed excellent mechanical performance with a Vickers hardness of 774.4 HV and a low friction coefficient of 0.1128. The synergistic effect of PTFE and MoS 2 effectively densified the coating structure, providing enhanced barrier protection and lubrication. This work offers a practical strategy for designing high-performance anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coatings suitable for demanding industrial environments.
