摘要
Perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) suffer from poor environmental and process compatibility, limiting device translation. We report a chelation-guided, in-situ nanoconfinement strategy that crystallizes CsPbBr 3 inside the lumen of halloysite nanotubes (HNTs), forming a CsPbBr 3 @HNTs composite with inorganic barriers and spatial isolation. The EDTA-2Na assisted route selectively coordinates Pb 2+ on the inner surface, steering nucleation and growth within HNTs channels. The composite shows bright green emission (λ em ≈ 524 nm) with a solid-powder PLQY of 61.66%, retains >95% PL after 60 days in air, and sustains ~40% after 90 min in water, far exceeding unprotected PQDs. It withstands process heat (44.6% PL at 80 °C) and is compatible with i-line UV photolithography, enabling uniform micro-patterns down to 3.45 μm. In situ high-pressure spectroscopy reveals reversible blue-shift and pressure-induced amorphization above ~2.4 GPa with emission recovery upon decompression. When integrated into white-LED backlights, the composite achieves NTSC 126.7% / Rec.2020 94.6% gamut coverage. This chelation-guided, in-situ nanoconfinement strategy thus delivers a stable and lithography-compatible perovskite quantum dot composite, establishing a process-ready platform for applications such as microLED color conversion layers and on-chip photonic circuits.
