摘要
In this work, modified Cr 3 C 2 and two-dimensional layered WS 2 were deposited within a Ni-P plating layer via pulse electrodeposition, synthesizing a novel Ni-P-Cr 3 C 2 /PANI@WS₂ plating on N80 carbon steel. The synergistic effects of Cr 3 C 2 /PANI (polyaniline-coated Cr 3 C 2 ) and WS 2 on the coating were investigated. The results indicate that adding the aforementioned components considerably enhances the surface morphology, mechanical characteristics, and corrosion resistance of the composite coating, as shown below: The Ni-P-Cr 3 C 2 /PANI@WS 2 plating exhibited outstanding mechanical properties, with a microhardness of 800.16 HV, an average coefficient of friction of 0.143, a wear scar area of 67.70 µm 2 and a wear depth of 0.97 µm. Nanoindentation testing further indicates this composite coating possesses the highest hardness and elastic modulus, reaching 785.02 HV and 154.67 MPa respectively. Immersion testing in a 3.5 % NaCl solution demonstrates that the incorporation of Cr 3 C 2 /PANI and WS 2 significantly enhances the long-term corrosion resistance of the Ni-P plating. Moreover, the composite plating maintains excellent corrosion resistance even under acidic conditions, demonstrating its potential for demanding applications in aggressive environments.
