摘要
Herein, a boronic acid-functionalized porous organic polymer (B-TC-POP) was synthesized via a two-step Friedel-Crafts reaction. The B-TC-POP showed remarkable adsorption capability for phenolic endocrine disrupting compounds (EDCs-OH). The adsorption mechanism of B-TC-POP mainly depends on the strong hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions. The B-TC-POP was utilized as a solid-phase extraction adsorbent in combination with high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) to construct a new analysis approach for highly sensitive determination of several EDCs-OH in chicken and shrimp matrices. The proposed method demonstrated excellent performance, achieving low detection limits (S/N = 3) of 0.30-1.50 ng g −1 (chicken sample) and 0.25-1.30 ng g −1 (shrimp sample), high accuracy (spiked recovery of 86.2 %–108 %), and good precision (relative standard deviation < 7.4 %). This work not only elucidates the potential of boronic acid-functionalized adsorbents in contaminant monitoring but also provides a strategy for designing advanced functional adsorbents with enhanced adsorption efficiency.
