摘要
In this study, cubic Cu 2 O nanoparticles (Cu 2 O-c NPs), truncated octahedral Cu 2 O NPs (Cu 2 O-t), and octahedral Cu 2 O NPs (Cu 2 O-o) were prepared using a chemical reduction method by regulating the amount of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), respectively. Cu 2 O NPs were composited with reduced graphene oxide (rGO) via an ultrasonication-assisted assembly method, and drop-casted onto glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to construct Cu 2 O/rGO/GCE for accurately electrochemical detection of chlortetracycline hydrochloride (CTC). Due to the highly active Cu 2 O-o (111) facets, Cu 2 O-o/rGO/GCE fabricated from Cu 2 O-o and rGO exhibited the highest sensitivity and electrocatalytic activity. The linear range of CTC by Cu 2 O-o/rGO/GCE under the optimized experimental conditions is 50 ∼ 600 μM, and the limit of detection (LOD: 3σ/k) is 10.41 μM. The recoveries obtained from spiked actual samples of commercial CTC ointment are in the range of 94.5%∼104.4%.
