摘要
Carbon dots-based nanozymes show great potential for chemiluminescence (CL) detection due to their stability, excellent catalytic properties, good biocompatibility, and facile synthesis. In this study, bimetallic carbon dot nanoenzymes (Cur/Cu, Fe@CDs) that promote the chemiluminescence signal of luminol were synthesized. Cur/Cu, Fe@CDs possess high peroxidase (POD) activity and can catalyze the luminol/hydrogen peroxide reaction to generate a strong chemiluminescence intensity, which is approximately 8.98 times higher than the chemiluminescence spectral signal produced by the same concentration of K 3 [Fe(CN) 6 ]. Additionally, a sensitive and rapid method for detecting magnesium ions (Mg 2+ ) was developed by leveraging the enhancing effect of Mg 2+ on the CL signal in this system. The proposed CL technique for Mg 2+ demonstrated a linear response range from 3.33 to 166.67 µM and a detection limit of 0.99 µM. Moreover, the method was successfully applied to analyze Mg 2+ in cigarette paper samples through a spiking procedure, achieving a recovery rate of 91.1% to 109.0%. This research offers substantial evidence supporting the advancement of efficient and sensitive platforms for Mg 2+ CL detection.
