摘要
As an emerging soft functional material, poly(glycerol sebacate) (PGS) has found substantial applications across a broad spectrum of engineering practices. This study reports the preparation of porous PGS materials with negative Poisson’s ratios through polycondensation and the salt-leaching method. The microscopic pore structures and dynamic mechanical properties of these PGS materials with negative Poisson’s ratios are quantitatively characterized by using scanning electron microscopy and a dynamic mechanical analyzer. These quantitative characterizations will provide technical support and innovative perspectives for the design of novel materials in aerospace engineering, as well as for the development of eco-friendly and flexible applications.
