摘要
The in situ synthesis method is developed to chemically integrate dye@MOF systems with BNNS. • The SRh101@ZIF-BN composite retains excellent photoluminescent properties with a marked stability. • The resulting WLED exhibits superior performance and a notable 12.3 °C reduction in operating temperature. Dye@MOF composites show great potential for solid-state lighting, yet their practical deployment is hindered by insufficient stability. To address this challenge, we develop a red-emitting composite, SRh101@ZIF-BN, by in situ anchoring dye-incorporated MOFs onto ultrathin boron nitride nanosheets (BNNS).Systematic investigation of their microstructure, photoluminescence (PL) characteristics, and stability under various environmental conditions (ambient air, blue light irradiation, and elevated temperatures) confirms that the chemical integration of BNNS not only preserves the outstanding PL properties, but also significantly enhances photothermal stability, markedly outperforming physically blended BN additives. Finally, a high-performance white light-emitting diode (WLED) is fabricated by integrating the optimized SRh101@ZIF-BN composite with YAG:Ce 3+ phosphor on a 450 nm blue LED chip. The resulting device achieves excellent performance metrics: CIE color coordinates of (0.33, 0.33), a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 5096 K, an impressive color rendering index (CRI) of 91.1, and a luminous efficacy (LE) of 103.18 lm/W. Moreover, the operating temperature of the WLED is reduced by 12.3 °C compared to that based on the pristine SRh101@ZIF-8 phosphor. This work establishes an effective BNNS-stabilization strategy and opens a promising pathway for durable and efficient dye@MOF materials in advanced lighting applications.
