摘要
Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is often challenged by rapid injectate diffusion and a lack of thermal monitoring, which increases perforation risks. Here, we developed a co-assembled supramolecular hydrogel (Fmoc-YL/Cy5) that integrates robust physical elevation with real-time fluorescence thermometry. Formed via non-covalent interactions between a peptide derivative and a near-infrared dye, the resulting nanofibrous network effectively suppresses aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ). The hydrogel exhibits excellent shear-thinning, instantaneous self-healing, and highly sensitive, reversible temperature responsiveness. Both in vitro and in vivo evaluations confirm its superior anti-dispersion capability and biosafety. This dual-functional platform offers a promising "smart" strategy to minimize thermal injury and enhance safety during ESD procedures.
