摘要

Driven by the continuous advancement of radar technology and the intensifying electromagnetic radiation in daily scenarios, the performance specifications of multifunctional electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorbing materials are progressively elevated. Despite remarkable progress having been achieved in contemporary research on EMW absorbing materials, the SiCN-based material system still faces challenges in reconciling high attenuation capability with broadband absorption performance. In this work, Ce-doped SiCN(Ce) ceramic fibers were successfully fabricated by doping Ce into the SiCN precursor, and the EMW absorption properties of the low-temperature pyrolyzed samples (700°C-900 °C) were systematically investigated. The results demonstrate that the minimum reflection loss ( RL min ) of SiCN(Ce) fibers pyrolyzed at 800 °C reaches −50.2 dB at a thickness of 1.74 mm, and achieves an effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) of 5.2 GHz at a thickness of 1.7 mm. Furthermore, the materials exhibit outstanding stealth performance over a wide range of incident angles. In view of the above superior performance, we integrated the material with a microstrip antenna to design a stealth antenna with low radar cross section (RCS). At 16.11 GHz, the antenna produces a 21.2 dBsm attenuation of RCS. This work elucidates the electromagnetic parameter regulation mechanism induced by the synergistic effect of low-temperature pyrolysis and Ce doping, thus offering new strategies for the design and application of novel stealth materials and devices.
