摘要
Growing health concerns over electromagnetic radiation necessitate the effective microwave-absorbing materials with lightweight and excellent performances. In this study, trimetallic FeCoNi nanoparticles embedded in N-doped porous carbon foams, as FeCoNi@NPCFs were successfully synthesized via polymer bubbling technique for microwave absorption. By adjusting the ratio of polyvinylpyrrolidone to metal nitrates, the electromagnetic wave absorption performance was effectively enhanced. Benefiting from the synergistic interaction between magnetic and dielectric loss components, the optimized composite exhibits outstanding microwave absorption performance, with reflection loss (RL) of −45.12 dB and effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) of 4.91 GHz. Furthermore, the practical microwave absorption performance was evaluated using computer simulation technology (CST). This work demonstrates a scalable one-pot fabrication strategy for advanced microwave absorbers, offering promising solution for electromagnetic interference shielding in modern electronic and communication systems.
