摘要
The all-inorganic perovskite CsPbBr3 exhibits outstanding optoelectronic properties, including broad absorption, narrow-band emission, and high photoluminescence quantum yield; however, its pronounced sensitivity to moisture severely limits practical applications. Although encapsulation of CsPbBr3 nanocrystals within glass matrices can enhance their environmental stability, moisture-induced degradation remains a critical challenge. In this work, CsPbBr3 nanocrystals were embedded in a borosilicate glass matrix, and the processes of water-induced crystallization and hydrolytic decomposition were systematically investigated with detailed mechanistic insights. Furthermore, by exposing the samples to solvents with different polarities, the role of solvent polarity in governing the decomposition behavior of CsPbBr3 nanocrystals within the glass–ceramic system. This study provides a new understanding of the formation, stability, and degradation mechanisms of CsPbBr3 nanocrystals embedded in the borosilicate glass matrix.
