摘要
A novel Mg-based defect-modified composite material (MOF-Mg(OH) 2 -HP) was prepared using MOF as a precursor, featuring a unique layered structure with abundant oxygen defects and delocalized electrons on its surface. • MOF-Mg(OH) 2 -HP can be activated by natural light, generating a large amount of reactive species through the “light-Fenton-like” pathway. Superoxide radicals (·O 2 − ) and holes (h + ) are the primary reactive species, which simultaneously oxidize non-reactive organophosphorus compounds and recover orthophosphate (achieving a 100% phosphorus removal rate within 90 min). • It demonstrates exceptional multifunctionality in actual aquaculture wastewater, effectively eliminating 92.84% of Escherichia coli and 98.69% of Chlorella pyrenoidosa , providing a green synergistic solution for integrated water purification and resource recovery strategies. The low-cost and harmless treatment of dairy wastewater is a focal point in agricultural development today. This study innovatively utilizes hydrogen peroxide to modify Mg-MOF-derived oxides, preparing a series of hydrogen peroxide-modified composite materials rich in defects. For the first time, an integrally formed composite material consisting of Mg(OH) 2 with O 2 2− on the outside and MgO on the inside is synthesized. Compared to modified materials prepared using commercially available MgO as the raw material, this material possesses unique Mg(OH) 2 /MgO heterojunctions, a larger specific surface area, abundant oxygen defects, and higher active oxygen content. Starting from the current issues of poor universality, high energy consumption, and difficulties in simultaneous harmless treatment of wastewater in organic phosphorus oxidation materials, we designed an efficient degradation of various organic phosphorus compounds and resource recovery of orthophosphorus using sunlight. This is mainly achieved through the synergistic effect of surface O 2 2− hydrolysis (Fenton-like pathway) and the generation of oxidizing active species through photoexcitation at oxygen vacancies (photocatalytic pathway), resulting in efficient degradation of organic phosphorus and simultaneous recovery (with a removal rate of 100% in 90 min). This material is the first to demonstrate the ability to simultaneously kill 92.84% of Escherichia coli and 98.69% of Chlorella pyrenoidosa during phosphorus removal, proposing a novel collaborative solution for green recovery and harmless treatment of pollutants.
