摘要
Employing a facile and cost-effective room-temperature co-precipitation method, we synthesized a 2D bimetallic Co/Cu-MOF for the first time. • The 2D Co/Cu-MOF exhibits enhanced OXD-like activity, directly oxidizing TMB to produce blue oxTMB in the absence of H 2 O 2 . • A simple colorimetric sensing platform was developed for detecting AA and ALP, enabling their measurement in human serum. • The 2D Co/Cu-MOF exhibited significant antibacterial efficacy against both E. coli and S. aureus . Nanozymes have attracted extensive attention in sensing and antibacterial fields. Herein, a two-dimensional (2D) bimetallic Co/Cu-based metal-organic framework (Co/Cu-MOF) was successfully synthesized for the first time via a facile, economical one-step room-temperature co-precipitation method. The as-prepared Co/Cu-MOF exhibited excellent oxidase (OXD)-like activity, which could catalyze dissolved oxygen to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) without H 2 O 2 , and further oxidize the 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) to blue oxTMB. Based on the reduction of oxTMB by ascorbic acid (AA), a sensitive colorimetric sensing platform for AA was constructed, showing a linear range of 0.1–28 μM and a low detection limit of 0.091 μM (3σ/S). With AA as a mediator, this strategy was readily extended to alkaline phosphatase (ALP) detection, presenting a linear range of 0.2–6.5 U/L and a detection limit of 0.12 U/L. The proposed sensor was successfully applied to quantify AA and ALP in human serum samples. Furthermore, Co/Cu-MOF displayed strong antibacterial activity against both Escherichia coli ( E. coli ) and Staphylococcus aureus ( S. aureus ), and its underlying antibacterial mechanism was elucidated. Collectively, this 2D bimetallic MOF provides a promising platform for biochemical sensing and antimicrobial technologies. Download: Download high-res image (142KB) Download: Download full-size image
