摘要
Developing biodegradable smart packaging materials is a key strategy to address plastic pollution. A biodegradable smart pH-responsive film (CGTR) was developed by using the non-covalent synergistic interaction of tannic acid (TA) and riboflavin (RF) in the chitosan/gelatin (CG) matrix. Performance characterization reveals that the TA/RF interaction not only achieves uniform dispersion within the matrix but also significantly enhances the film's overall performance. The film demonstrates complete UV barrier capability, with a free radical scavenging rate increasing by 57.17 % within 20 minutes and reaching 99.11 % after 180 minutes. Additionally, its water vapor barrier, mechanical strength, and thermal stability have been effectively improved. In summary, CGTR film as an eco-friendly smart packaging material shows great potential in food preservation and visual freshness indicator.
