摘要

Dual-functional TOP ligand simultaneously passivates Pb 2+ surface defects and creates a hydrophobic interface, enabling monodisperse CsPbBr 3 @SiO 2 QDs with a narrow size distribution and high PLQY. • TOP-assisted SiO 2 encapsulation significantly enhances colloidal stability, photostability, and reversible thermal emission behavior compared to TOP-free counterparts. • Solution-processable TOP-CsPbBr 3 @SiO 2 QDs enable high-resolution microfluidic patterning of uniform 10 µm line arrays (1270 ppi). All-inorganic CsPbBr 3 perovskite quantum dots (QDs) are promising green color-conversion materials for micro-LEDs and white LEDs, but their instability and aggregation during processing limit practical use. Herein, a trioctylphosphine (TOP)-assisted silica-coating strategy is developed to prepare monodisperse CsPbBr 3 @SiO 2 core–shell QDs in a one-pot process. TOP serves as a dual interfacial ligand: its phosphine group coordinates with undercoordinated Pb 2+ sites to passivate surface defects, while its octyl chains create a hydrophobic environment that moderates siloxane condensation and suppresses interparticle silica bridging. The optimized TOP-CsPbBr 3 @SiO 2 QDs exhibit good colloidal dispersibility, a PLQY of ∼87%, improved photostability, and reversible thermal emission behavior. Moreover, they can be processed into fluorescent inks for microfluidic patterning, achieving uniform 10 µm line arrays with 1270 ppi resolution, and integrated with KSF phosphors for WLED fabrication.
