摘要
In this experiment, we synthesized tubular carbon nanotube-encapsulated ZIF-9-Mel heterojunction nanomaterials using catalytic synergy. • The synthesized ZIF-9-Mel@MWCNTs offer the advantages of low cost and wide availability and exhibit excellent electrochemical performance. • An electrochemical sensor constructed using this material and a three-electrode system has been successfully applied to the detection of amlodipine benzoate (ADB), achieving a wide linear range and a low detection limit. • The ZIF-9-Mel@MWCNTs electrochemical sensor developed was successfully applied to the detection of actual ADB samples, yielding satisfactory results. Amlodipine besylate (ADB) is a first-line drug for treating hypertension, and improper intake can lead to serious adverse reactions. Therefore, its precise determination is crucial for safeguarding public health. This study synthesized plate-like ZIF-9-Mel via a one-pot hydrothermal method. Finally, by modifying and compositing plate-like ZIF-9-Mel with carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), the ZIF-9-Mel@MWCNTs composite material was successfully obtained. The morphology and structural characteristics of this material were determined using analytical techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Additionally, this study employed ZIF-9-Mel@MWCNTs to construct an electrochemical sensor for detecting ADB. Leveraging its high electrochemical catalytic activity toward ADB, the sensor provided linearity from 1 to 90 μM and a detection limit down to 0.344 μM, the quantitative limit is 1.147 μM. The constructed ADB electrochemical sensor exhibits satisfactory reproducibility, stability, and anti-interference performance. This approach proved effective for analyzing real ADB specimens, achieving satisfactory recovery rates. Overall, this innovative sensor offers a new approach for efficient, low-cost detection by ADB.
