摘要
This study effectively synthesized distinct cube-like silver phosphate (Ag 3 PO 4 ) microstructures by a simple hydrothermal process, exhibiting perfect morphological manipulation. The electrochemical properties of the synthesized Ag 3 PO 4 electrode were assessed in 2 M KOH aqueous electrolyte by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The electrode exhibited a specific capacitance (Cs) of 345.25 F/g and sustained an effective specific capacity (Sc) of 172.62C/g at scan rate of 10 mV/s. Also, by using Dunn model, the capacitive/diffusive contribution were determined to be 15.6%/84.4% at scan rate of 10 mV/s and 28.8%/71.2% at scan rate of 50 mV/s. The Ag 3 PO 4 electrode demonstrated good cycling stability, retaining 95.9% capacity through 6000 charge-discharge cycles, in addition to exhibiting low interior resistance and rapid charge-transfer kinetics. The distinct cube-like shape of Ag 3 PO 4 offers various electroactive surface sites and promotes effective electrolyte penetration and ion diffusion routes, thus enhancing electrochemical performance. This study presents a straightforward yet efficient approach for morphology-manipulated Ag 3 PO 4 electrodes, providing new perspectives into the construction of highly effective phosphate-related materials for modern supercapacitor applications.
