摘要
Aiming at the problems of limited conductivity and poor stability of traditional ionic hydrogels, this study prepared polythiophene composite (PTh@Fe-BDA) as a conductive filler, and then designed poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) network, sodium poly(acrylic acid) (PAANa), and poly([2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride) (PDMC) polyelectrolyte network to construct dual network (DN) gels by introducing conductive fillers into the polymer matrix. When PTh@Fe-BDA was added in the amount of 0.9 g, the tensile strength of the conductive hydrogel was 0.825 MPa, the toughness was 0.0039 MJ/m 3 , and the electrical conductivity was 1155.556 mS/m. The hydrogel exhibited good adhesion and recovery after cycling tests. PVA/PAANa/PDMC/PTh@Fe-BDA conductive hydrogel strain sensing can respond to mechanical stimuli and generate accurate, stable and recoverable electrical signals, and can be used as a flexible wearable device for multiple monitoring strains and subtle movements in different body parts, and can also be used as a capacitive pen to fluently write and draw on the screen of a cell phone or tablet computer. This new multifunctional conductive hydrogel has a wide range of application prospects in electronic skin, motion monitoring and human–computer interaction.
