摘要
Summary Here, we present a protocol for generating concentration-modulated water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) double-emulsion droplets (DEDs) to program DNA crystal morphology. We describe assembly of a dual-inner-phase glass capillary microfluidic device, flow-rate-controlled co-encapsulation, osmotic shrinkage, and image-based morphology analysis. This protocol validates encapsulation predictability using methylene blue and enables aspect-ratio control of 2T crystals and directional morphology regulation in 13-mer systems.
