摘要
In this study, polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate-4-vinylbenzyl chloride (PEGMA-EGDMA-VBC, PEV) nanospheres were synthesized using PEGMA, EGDMA, and VBC as copolymerizable monomers, with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as a dispersant. Subsequently, using sodium diethyldithiocarbamate trihydrate (NaDDC) as the iniferter and employing Iniferter radical polymerization technology with an LED lamp as the UV light source, a novel myricetin surface molecularly imprinted polymer (MYr-MIPs) was successfully prepared. The results showed that the material has a maximum equilibrium adsorption capacity of 45.26 mg g −1 and an imprinting factor (IF) of 4.15. It exhibits excellent selectivity for myricetin, with capacity loss < 16% after five adsorption–desorption cycles, demonstrating good reusability. Characterization by TEM, SEM, FT-IR, BET, EDS, DLS, and TGA confirmed the feasibility of this experimental method, laying the foundation for convenient, rapid, and efficient enrichment of myricetin in complex systems at low concentrations.
