摘要
Encapsulation of metal halide perovskite quantum dots (QDs) inside an inorganic glass matrix offers an effective route to address the stability issue, while the tuning of the luminescence performance across the full series of CsPbX 3 (X = Cl, Br, I) QD in a single glass system remains challenging. Here, by tuning the fraction of the two-dimensional (2D) network structure in a borosilicate glass system, we demonstrate the growth of CsPbX 3 (X = Cl, Cl/Br, Br, Br/I, I) QDs with controllable optical properties. Results indicate that as the halide ion radius increases, the optimal B 2 O 3 concentration corresponding to the maximum fluorescence intensity gradually increases, with the proportion of 2D network structures in the glass rising accordingly. Furthermore, CsPbX 3 QD glass fibers were further fabricated via high-temperature melt-drawing process. By optimizing the heat treatment parameters and fiber length, the optimal light transmission performance was determined. Finally, a self-calibrated temperature sensor based on the fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) technique was successfully developed by incorporating Sm 3+ ions. The sensor delivers exceptional sensitivity and stability, with a maximum relative sensitivity of 0.030 K −1 at 370 K. This study not only confirms the critical role of the glass network in glass design but also provides a feasible technical pathway for developing a new generation of stable and efficient perovskite optoelectronic devices.
