摘要

Poly(ANI-APBA) composite was prepared by one-step electrochemical deposition. • DA was detected via boronic acid-diol recognition. • An ultra-wide response range (1.00 × 10 −11  M to 1.00 × 10 −4  M) was obtained. • An ultra-low detection limit (2.41 × 10 −12  M) was obtained. • This sensor was simple, stable, accurate, and highly selective. Dopamine is a crucial neurotransmitter, and the misuse of exogenous dopamine may lead to its residues in animal-derived food products, thereby posing potential risks to human health. In this work, an electrochemical sensor was developed for dopamine detection by integrating the highly conductive framework of polyaniline with poly(3-aminophenylboronic acid) having ortho-diol recognition capability. Initially, a poly(aniline- co -3-aminophenylboronic acid) modified electrode was fabricated through the copolymerization of aniline and 3-aminophenylboronic acid. Subsequently, sensitive detection of dopamine was achieved by monitoring the signal of the potassium ferricyanide probe. The results demonstrated that this electrochemical sensor had a wide linear response range (1.00 × 10 −11  M to 1.00 × 10 −4  M) toward dopamine with a detection limit as low as 2.41 × 10 −12  M. The proposed sensor exhibited superb reproducibility, excellent stability, and high selectivity. This study provided a more efficient analytical approach for sensitive determination of dopamine content in pork products.
