摘要
With the rapid advancement of electronic devices, electromagnetic radiation has increasingly caused environmental interference, thereby stimulating the development of flexible and wearable electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials. However, it remains challenging to achieve EMI shielding textiles that simultaneously possess facile fabrication, high shielding efficiency, and excellent durability. Herein, a multilevel composite conductive network composed of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) was successfully constructed on silk fabric (SF) via a layer-by-layer self-assembly strategy, resulting in a flexible EMI shielding fabric (SF-PEDOT:PSS-rGO). Specifically, PEDOT:PSS formed a uniform conductive coating through in situ polymerization, while rGO further established a continuous conductive network and strengthened the interfacial interactions among the different components. Benefiting from the synergistic effect conductive network and interfacil interactions among PEDOT:PSS, rGO, and SF, the resulting textile exhibited outstanding EMI shielding performance with a maximum shielding efficiency of approximately 80%. Moreover, the fabric demonstrated excellent durability, retaining over 80% of its initial shielding efficiency after 30 washing cycles, while maintaining stable surface resistance and EMI shielding performance during repeated folding and tape-peeling tests. This study provides an effective strategy for constructing durable multilevel conductive networks on textile substrates and offers valuable guidance for the development of high-performance wearable EMI shielding materials.
