摘要
High-sensitive fluorescence biomimetic sensor for CBZ is developed. • Ni-MOF is combined with specific adsorption capacity of MIP. • Ni-MOF@MIP probe shows high specificity and sensing sensitivity for CBZ. • Adsorption capacity of Ni-MOF@MIP for CBZ has good stability. A novel fluorescence biomimetic sensor with high selectivity and sensitivity for the detection of carbendazim (CBZ) in fruits, vegetables and grains is established. This sensor is assembled from nickel-based metal-organic framework (Ni-MOF) and molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP). Here, Ni-MOF serves as the fluorescent signal source and carrier, and MIP is coated on the surface of Ni-MOF as a biomimetic recognition element for CBZ to prepare Ni-MOF@MIP probe. The fluorescence of Ni-MOF@MIP will be quenched after adding CBZ, and the fluorescence difference can be applied to realize the quantitative detection of CBZ. The sensor shows wide linear range of 0.01 to 5.00 × 10 3 μg/L ( R 2 = 0.996), and the detection limit (LOD) is 8.4 × 10 −3 μg/L (S/N = 3). The recovery of CBZ in spiked fruits, vegetables and grains has been confirmed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The fluorescent sensor provides a promising strategy for the detection of CBZ residue in fruit, vegetable and grain samples.
