摘要
Cellulose has garnered widespread attention in the field of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) due to its unique properties. However, constrained by the inherent characteristics of the material, the application of cellulose in TENGs is mostly limited to positive triboelectric materials. In this study, a TEMPO-oxidized nanocellulose (TOCN) aerogel film modified with polycarboxyl silicone oil was successfully prepared and utilized as a cellulose-based negative triboelectric material. By integrating a calcium copper titanate (CCTO)-doped, cross-linked amine-modified TOCN composite aerogel film, a cellulose-dominant TENG device was successfully fabricated, achieving an output voltage of up to 12.5 V. In addition, TOCN was employed as a reinforcing filler for PVDF-based negative triboelectric materials. After undergoing further surface roughening or stretching treatments, the composite material achieved an output voltage of 90 V, exhibiting excellent cycling stability, retaining 99.3 % of its initial output voltage after 5000 continuous operating cycles. This study provides valuable insights into the development of TENG devices based on renewable cellulose-derived components, offering new strategies for constructing high-performance cellulose-dominant TENGs.
