摘要
Successful synthesis of copper-metal organic framework (Cu-MOF) and carbon nanotube (CNT)-doped CNT/Cu-MOF composites • Stability and CO 2 reduction activity of the as-prepared materials with electrochemical performance • Catalytic properties of the highest double-layer capacitance (3.25 mF cm -2 ) with a maximum current density reaching -18 mA cm -2 • Total Faradaic efficiency for CH 4 and CO reached 21% In this study, Cu-MOF and CNT/Cu-MOF composite materials (CNT/Cu-MOF-0.3, CNT/Cu-MOF-0.5, CNT/Cu-MOF-1) modified by doping with different proportions of CNT were successfully synthesized via the solvothermal method. Through analyzing the linear sweep voltammetry curve, electrochemical activity, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and electrocatalytic selectivity bar graph, we found that the catalyst with a CNT doping ratio of 0.5 exhibited the lowest overpotential, its maximum current density reaches -18 mA·cm -2 , and demonstrating the best catalytic performance among the four materials. Its double-layer capacitance was the highest, reaching 3.25 mF·cm -2 with a combined Faradaic efficiency of 21% for CH 4 and CO at -1.6V (vs. RHE).
