摘要

Rapidly fabricate EMI shielding aerogels. • Optimize interface regulation and preparation processes synergistically. • Achieve shielding effectiveness up to 85.04 dB. MXene aerogels show great potential for mitigating electromagnetic interference in modern electronic devices. However, the weak inter-sheet interactions in mxene aerogels, the fragility of their porous frameworks, and their insufficient flame-retardant durability continue to limit their practical application in harsh electromagnetic environments. Here, a bridge-beam structure (Aramid nanofibers) ANF/MXene aerogel was prepared using interfacial co-assembly and directed freezing techniques. In this structure, aramid nanofibers act as flexible reinforcing bridges connecting adjacent MXene layers, while MXene nanosheets maintain continuous conductive pathways for electromagnetic attenuation. The interfacial interactions between ANF and the oxygen-containing terminal groups of MXene stabilize the porous framework, suppress the restacking of MXene, and contribute to long-lasting shielding performance. More importantly, this bridged porous structure extends the heat conduction path. Consequently, the optimized PPTM-7 aerogel not only exhibits high electromagnetic shielding performance of 81.25 dB and excellent compressive resilience but also features a limiting oxygen index (LOI) of 31.1%, low thermal conductivity and enhanced thermal stability. This study provides a strategy based on interfacial stabilization for designing stable ANF/MXene aerogels suitable for electromagnetic shielding applications.
