摘要
Coreopsis S/P-CDs from a CL sensor. • CL sensor detects Sudan III with 1.0 μM LOD. • Recoveries of 97.4% to 105.0% in real samples. A novel chemiluminescence sensor for Sudan III detection was developed using sulfur/phosphorus-doped carbon dots (S/P-CDs) synthesized from Coreopsis. Combined TEM, XPS, and FTIR analyses verified that the S/P-CDs exhibit uniform spherical morphology with well-resolved lattice fringes, successful S and P doping at atomic percentages of 3.6% and 1.7%, respectively, and abundant surface functionalities (including PO 4 3− and C O groups) that confer excellent water dispersibility and chemical reactivity. The S/P-CDs significantly enhanced the CL intensity of the acidic KMnO 4 -HCHO system. Under optimal conditions, the CL intensity was linearly correlated with the Sudan III concentration over the range of 5-100 μM, achieving a detection limit of 1.0 μM. The method was successfully applied to real samples, with recoveries of 97.4% to 105.0%, enabling rapid, convenient detection in food.
