摘要

APTES modification promotes uniform PCNC loading on PU/PEG fibers. • The composite membrane shows enhanced thermal conductivity of 0.129 W · m⁻ 1 ·K⁻1. • The membrane maintains good stability after thermal cycling and water treatment. • High solar reflectance (∼95%) enables effective temperature regulation under simulated solar irradiation. Polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based phase change fibrous membranes are promising flexible thermal management materials, but their performance is often limited by melting-induced deformation, low heat-transfer efficiency, and insufficient cycling stability. In this study, an APTES-regulated interfacial loading strategy was developed by loading amino-functionalized n-octadecane/SiO 2 phase change nanocapsules (N x -PCNCs) onto electrospun PU/PEG fibrous membranes. The effect of APTES concentration on the capsule loading state and thermal management performance was systematically investigated. Moderate APTES modification improved the loading and dispersion of PCNCs on the fiber. Among the samples, PU/PEG/N 20 -PCNCs showed a relatively uniform particle distribution and a thermal conductivity of 0.129 ± 0.015 W · m⁻ 1  · K⁻ 1 . The composite fibrous membrane maintained stable phase-change behavior after 200 melting–crystallization cycles and 20 water-treatment cycles, demonstrating good cycling stability under the tested conditions. Moreover, PU/PEG/N 20 -PCNCs exhibited an average solar reflectance of approximately 95 ± 0.8% and reduced the surface temperature by 9.2 and 2.3 °C compared with PU and PU/PEG fibrous membranes under simulated solar irradiation. These results demonstrate that APTES-regulated interfacial loading of PCNCs is an effective strategy for improving the thermal storage, stability, and temperature-buffering performance of PU/PEG phase change fibrous membranes.
