概述
本品为褐色悬浮液，分散溶剂为磷酸缓冲液（PBS）。单分散脲醛树脂磁性微球具有良好的单分散性和磁响应性。悬浮液久置会沉降，振摇、超声可重新分散磁性微球。单分散脲醛树脂磁性微球具有粒径分布均匀、磁场中沉降速度一致和超顺磁响应性等特点。在磁性微球表面通过化学修饰结合上一系列不同的化学官能团及具有特异性的抗体、蛋白和核酸，可应用于核酸纯化、细胞筛选、免疫分析、临床诊断等多个领域，是医学、分子生物学研究中不可或缺的分离纯化工具。【使用注意事项】 1. 单分散脲醛树脂磁性微球溶于丙酮、氯仿、四氢呋喃等有机溶剂，因此，不得与上述试剂混用。2. 工作温度不要超过100℃，以防微球融熔变形或粘结成团。3. 用前振摇分散，超声波有助于磁性微球的分散。4. 使用前用PBS等溶液清洗。【规格】 5 ml装单分散脲醛树脂磁性微球的PBS悬浮液，固含量1 %（w/v） 【溶剂组成】 PBS pH 7.40 叠氮化钠 0.01% （防腐剂） 特点： 1. 高磁响应性 （饱和磁化率 >13.7emu/g ） 2. 低矫顽力
This product is a brown suspension, dispersion solvent for the phosphate buffer solution (PBS).
