概述
固定的目的在于保存细胞和组织的原有形态结构，固定剂能阻止内源性溶酶体酶对自身组织和细胞的自溶、抑制细菌和霉菌的生长。固定剂通过凝固、生成添加化合物等使蛋白质内部结构发生改变，从而使酶失活。固定液主要分为醛类固定液、汞类固定液、醇类固定液、氧化剂类固定液、苦味酸盐类固定液等，较常用的是醛类中的福尔马林、醇类中的乙醇。汞类固定液，尤其是含有氯化汞的固定液，固定后须脱去汞色素。
汞色素脱色试剂盒主要由Lugol's碘液、海波溶液组成，可用于脱去大多数的汞色素。该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。

操作步骤（仅供参考）
1、组织常规脱蜡。
2、入Lugol's碘液孵育5min。
3、入海波溶液孵育5min。
4、水洗，按要求进行染色。
注意事项
1、注意脱汞色素应完全，并注意汞污染。

3、试剂开封后请尽快使用，以防影响后续实验效果。
The purpose of fixation is to preserve the original morphological structure of cells and tissues. Fixatives prevent autolysis of tissues and cells by endogenous lysosomal enzymes and inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi. They alter the internal structure of proteins through coagulation or the formation of additive compounds, thereby inactivating enzymes. Fixatives are mainly classified into aldehyde fixatives, mercury-based fixatives, alcohol-based fixatives, oxidizing fixatives, and picrate fixatives, among which formaldehyde from the aldehyde group and ethanol from the alcohol group are commonly used. For mercury-based fixatives, especially those containing mercuric chloride, mercury pigments must be removed after fixation.
The Mercury Pigment Removal Kit is primarily composed of Lugol's iodine solution and sodium thiosulfate solution (hypo solution), which can be used to remove most mercury pigments. This reagent is for research use only and is not suitable for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.

Operating Steps (For Reference Only)
Perform routine de‑waxing of the tissue.
Place in Lugol's Iodine Solution and incubate for 5 minutes.
Transfer to Sodium Thiosulfate Solution and incubate for 5 minutes.
Rinse with water and proceed with staining as required.
Precautions
Ensure complete removal of mercury pigments and be mindful of mercury contamination.
For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
Please use the reagent as soon as possible after opening to avoid affecting subsequent experimental results.
