概述
本品为经典霍格兰营养液精准改良版本，剔除铜、硝酸钙，其余营养配比均衡， 实验变量单一、干扰极低、重复性极强。本品具有溶解性能优良，体系稳定性佳，不易产生沉淀等多种特点，多用于植物营养相关探究试验，适配水培等多种培养模式，是植物生理方向常用专用培养液。

使用方法：
1、准确称取本品 0.975g，另取四水硝酸钙 0.945g，加入 1L 蒸馏水中，直至粉末完全溶解，配制成均匀培养基溶液。
2、采用 116℃ 高压蒸汽灭菌 30 分钟，灭菌完成后置于洁净环境自然冷却，即可用于植物组织培养实验。
注意事项：
1、室温，避光保存，有效期 3 年。
2、植物组织培养基，全无机盐配方，灭菌后有少量沉淀，建议用室温水溶解后再高压灭菌，不建议加热溶解。
3、本产品仅供科研使用，请勿用于医药、临床诊断或治疗，食品及化妆品等用途，请勿存放于普通住宅区。
4、本公司将不为任何不正常使用此产品时所发生的意外负责。
This product is a precisely modified version of classic Hoagland nutrient solution, with copper and calcium nitrate removed while maintaining balanced proportions of other nutrients. It features a single experimental variable, minimal interference and excellent repeatability. Boasting superior solubility and good system stability with low precipitation tendency, it is widely applied in research experiments related to plant nutrition and compatible with various cultivation modes including hydroponics. It serves as a commonly used dedicated culture solution for plant physiology research.

Usage Instructions：
1. Accurately weigh 0.975g of this product, separately weigh 0.945g of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate, add both into 1L of distilled water and stir until the powders are completely dissolved to prepare a homogeneous culture medium solution.
2. Sterilize via high-pressure steam at 116°C for 30 minutes. After sterilization, place the medium in a clean environment for natural cooling before use in plant tissue culture experiments.
Precautions：
1. Store at room temperature away from light; shelf life is 3 years.
2. This plant tissue culture medium adopts a full inorganic salt formula. A small amount of precipitate may form after sterilization. Dissolve the powder in room-temperature water prior to autoclaving; hot-water dissolution is not recommended.
3. This product is for research purposes only. Do not use it for medicine, clinical diagnosis or treatment, food, cosmetics or other applications. Do not store it in residential areas.
4. Our company shall not be liable for any accidents arising from improper use of this product.
