Product application: For the cultivation of Mycoplasma (Chinese Pharmacopoeia).
Usage: Weigh 30.5 g of this product, dissolve in 1 L of purified water, stir and heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Dispense into suitable containers and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. After sterilization, cool to approximately 56°C, add serum at a volume ratio of 8:2 (medium:sterile calf serum), and optionally add antibacterial agents such as penicillin. Shake well and set aside for use.
