概述

亚甲基蓝（Methylene Blue）又称美蓝、次甲基蓝，含水亚甲基蓝的分子式为 C₁₆H₂₄ClN₃O₃S，分子量为 373.9，CAS 号为 7220-79-3。本品为 2% 亚甲基蓝水溶液，即取即用，常用于丝绸、纸张、细菌、细胞等样品的染色观察。因染料本身容易氧化，染色结果不宜长久保存。

Methylene Blue, also known as Methylthioninium Chloride, has the molecular formula C₁₆H₂₄ClN₃O₃S (hydrated), with a molecular weight of 373.9 and CAS No. 7220-79-3. This product is a 2% aqueous solution of Methylene Blue, ready for immediate use. It is commonly employed for staining silk, paper, bacterial smears, and cellular samples for microscopic observation. Due to the dye's susceptibility to oxidation, stained preparations are not suitable for long-term preservation.
