使用说明
1、1L 1/2MS 工作液配置方法：
①在 1L 烧杯里面加入 10mL A 液、5mL B 液、5mL C 液、500μL D 液，定容至 1L。
②混合好后，每 1L 加入约 70μL 0.5 M NaOH 调节 pH 到 5.8。
③120℃，灭菌 20min。
2、1L MS 工作液配置方法：
① 在 1L 烧杯里面加入 20mL A 液、10mL B 液、10mL C 液、500μL D 液，定容至 1L。
② 混合好后，每 1L 加入约 70μL 0.5 M NaOH 调节 pH 到 5.8。
③ 120℃，灭菌 20min。
注：本产品不含蔗糖和琼脂。蔗糖推荐添加量为 30 g/L；若实验需要上述组分，可自行配制或联系我司采购。

Instructions for Use
1. Preparation method for 1 L 1/2MS working solution:
① Add 10 mL Solution A, 5 mL Solution B, 5 mL Solution C and 500 μL Solution D into a 1 L beaker, then make up the volume to 1 L.
② After mixing, add approximately 70 μL of 0.5 M NaOH per liter to adjust the pH to 5.8.
③ Sterilize at 120 ℃ for 20 min.

Note: This product does not contain sucrose or agar. The recommended addition amount of sucrose is 30 g/L. If the above components are required for experiments, you may prepare them yourself or purchase from our company.
