苔藓是一类结构简单的小型陆生植物，没有真正的根、茎、叶分化，靠假根固定、叶片单层细胞直接吸水，因此只能生长在阴湿环境中。全世界约 1.2 万种，是植物从水生走向陆地的关键过渡类群，比藻类更适应陆地，但比维管植物 (蕨类、种子植物) 更依赖水。繁殖依赖水 —— 精子需游到颈卵器与卵结合，因此雨后才是它们的 "繁殖旺季"。生态上，苔藓是先锋植物，能在裸岩、冻原等极端环境率先定居、保持水土、参与土壤形成；部分种类 (如泥炭藓) 还能形成泥炭层，是重要的碳库。日常最常见的是葫芦藓、地钱和泥炭藓，后者常被用作兰花栽培的保水基质。苔藓保存液主要由福尔马林等组成，用于液体浸制苔藓标本的制作。如需保色需用硫酸铜 (苔藓保色液 (阿拉丁货号: M1529768)) 浸泡后再用此液长期保存。本试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断。
操作步骤 (仅供参考)：
1、将苔藓标本在苔藓保色液中浸泡 1-2 天。
2、取出样本，洗净，再转入苔藓保存液中长期保存，瓶口密封。

Mosses are small, simple terrestrial plants without true roots, stems or leaves. They anchor via rhizoids and absorb water directly through their single-layered leaf cells, so they only thrive in shady and moist habitats. There are approximately 12,000 moss species worldwide. As key transitional organisms during plants’ colonization of land from aquatic environments, mosses are more adapted to terrestrial conditions than algae, yet more dependent on water than vascular plants (ferns and seed plants). Their reproduction relies on water: sperm must swim to archegonia to fertilize eggs, making rainy seasons their peak reproductive period.Ecologically, mosses are pioneer species. They can colonize extreme environments such as bare rock and tundra at an early stage, conserve soil and water, and participate in soil formation. Some species (e.g., sphagnum moss) can form peat layers and serve as important carbon sinks. The most common types include Funaria, Marchantia and sphagnum moss; sphagnum is frequently used as a water-retaining substrate for orchid cultivation.Moss Preservation Solution is mainly composed of formalin and other ingredients, designed for preparing liquid-preserved moss specimens. For color retention, soak specimens in copper sulfate solution (Moss Color Preservation Solution((Aladdin Cat. No. M1529768)) first, then transfer them to this solution for long-term preservation. This reagent is for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis.
Operating Procedures (For Reference Only):
1. Immerse moss specimens in Moss Color Preservation Solution for 1–2 days.
2.Take out and rinse the samples, then transfer them into Moss Preservation Solution for long-term storage, and seal the bottle mouth.
