概述
V‑B 培养基 E（Vogel‑Bonner Medium E）为 Ames 试验专用基础底层培养基，适用于鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变试验，用于受试物致突变性的检测与遗传毒性评价。
培养基配方 (每升)：

使用说明：
称取本品 78.5g 于 100mL 蒸馏水中，加热溶解，121℃ 高压灭菌 15 分钟，备用。
注意事项：
1、操作时避免与皮肤、眼睛直接接触，如不慎接触，请立即用大量清水冲洗。
2、本品仅用于实验室科研实验，不可用于临床诊断。
V-B Medium E is a basal bottom medium dedicated to the Ames test. It is used in the Salmonella typhimurium reverse mutation assay for the detection of mutagenicity and genotoxicity evaluation of test substances.

Instructions for use:
Weigh 78.5 g of this product and add it into 100 mL of distilled water, heat to dissolve, sterilize by autoclaving at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes, and set aside for later use.
Precautions:
1. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes during operation. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
2. This product is only for laboratory research and experiments, and shall not be used for clinical diagnosis.
