概述
用于放线菌的增菌培养。
培养基配方 (每升)：

| 硫酸亚铁 | 0.01g |
| 氯化钠 | 0.5g |
| 可溶性淀粉 | 20.0g |
| pH (25℃) | 7.2–7.4 |
使用方法：
称取本品 22.3g，加热溶解于 1000mL 蒸馏水中，121℃ 高压灭菌 15 分钟，冷却后，每 300mL培养液中加入 3% 重铬酸钾溶液 1mL，混匀，分装，备用。
注意事项：
1、培养基中有少量硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁及大量淀粉，若灭菌前未加热充分溶解，灭菌后极易出现大量白色胶状沉淀。
2、操作时避免与皮肤、眼睛直接接触，如不慎接触，请立即用大量清水冲洗。
3、本品仅用于实验室科研实验，不可用于临床诊断。
Used for the enrichment culture of actinomycetes.
Medium Formula (per liter):

| Magnesium sulfate | 0.5g |
| Ferrous sulfate | 0.01g |
| Sodium chloride | 0.5g |
| Soluble starch | 20.0g |
| pH(25℃) | 7.2–7.4 |
Instructions for Use:
Weigh 22.3 g of the medium, dissolve it in 1000 mL of distilled water with heating, and autoclave at 121 °C for 15 min. After cooling, add 1 mL of 3% potassium dichromate solution to every 300 mL of the culture medium, mix well, dispense and set aside for use.
Precautions:
1. The medium contains a small amount of magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate and a large amount of starch. If not fully dissolved by heating before sterilization, a large amount of white gelatinous precipitate is very likely to form after autoclaving.
2. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes during handling. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
3. This product is for laboratory research only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis.
