概述
平衡盐溶液与细胞生长状态下的pH值、渗透压等环境状态一致，具有维持渗透压、控制酸碱平衡、供给细胞生存代谢所必需的能量和无机盐成分等作用，可满足体外实验中，细胞生存并维持一定的代谢的基本需要。
改良台氏液 (含HEPES、BSA)也属于平衡盐溶液的一种，主要由氯化钠、磷酸盐、葡萄糖等组成，含HEPES和BSA。经常用于哺乳动物离体肠肌实验并维持离体肠肌的正常生理功能、肌体灌流、清洗组织。
使用方法：
按实验具体要求操作。
注意事项：
1、注意无菌操作，避免微生物污染。
2、如果产生少许沉淀，可以加热溶解或过滤后使用，若产生大量沉淀应弃用。
3、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
Balanced salt solutions are consistent with the pH, osmotic pressure, and other environmental conditions of growing cells. They play roles in maintaining osmotic pressure, controlling acid-base balance, and providing essential energy and inorganic salt components for cell survival and metabolism, thereby meeting the basic requirements for cell survival and maintaining a certain level of metabolism in in vitro experiments.
Modified Tyrode's Solution (with HEPES、BSA) is also a type of balanced salt solution. It is mainly composed of sodium chloride, phosphate, glucose, etc., contains HEPES and BSA. It is frequently used in isolated mammalian intestinal muscle experiments to maintain the normal physiological function of isolated intestinal muscle, as well as for organ perfusion and tissue washing.

Precautions:
1.Pay attention to aseptic operation to avoid microbial contamination.
2.Because Tyrode’s Solution contains calcium ions, it tends to form precipitates. If a small amount of precipitate forms, it can be dissolved by heating or used after filtration; if a large amount of precipitate forms, it should be discarded.
3.For your safety and health, please wear a laboratory coat and disposable gloves during operation.
