概述

本产品由10种重组蛋白质(10~235 kDa)组成，条带锐利，分子量精准，分布合理，存放稳定。
使用说明
1、加样前在室温放置数分钟，解冻后，轻轻摇匀，以确保溶液混合均匀；
2、取用适量体积加样于凝胶孔，推荐用量如下：
厚度0.75~1.0 mm凝胶，上样5 μL/孔；厚度1.5 mm凝胶，上样10 μL/孔。也可根据情况酌情加样。
3、取用结束，盖上管盖，放回4℃或-20℃。
注：以上样5 μL为例，每个条带蛋白含量约为0.5 μg~1 μg。
注意事项
1、本产品可以加热煮沸；
2、在低浓度凝胶上，低分子量条带将会与前沿共迁移，而无法分出；
3、为避免反复冻融及污染，可将本产品分装后，-20℃保存；
4、本品含有多种化学成分，请勿吞食，避免和眼睛皮肤接触，为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作；
5、本产品仅限科研使用。

This product consists of 10 recombinant proteins spanning a molecular weight range of 10–235 kDa. The marker provides sharp bands, accurate molecular weights, well-distributed size ranges, and excellent storage stability.
Protocol
Thaw the marker at room temperature for a few minutes before use. Gently mix to ensure homogeneity.
Load an appropriate volume into the gel wells:
Gel thickness 0.75–1.0 mm: Load 5 μL/well.
Gel thickness 1.5 mm: Load 10 μL/well.
Adjust the volume as needed based on experimental conditions.
After use, close the tube and store at 4°C or –20°C.
Note: For a 5 μL loading volume, each band contains approximately 0.5–1 μg of protein.
Precautions
This product can be heated/boiled (e.g., for denaturing gels).
In low-percentage gels, low-molecular-weight bands may co-migrate with the dye front and become unresolved.
To avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and contamination, aliquot and store at –20°C.
This product contains multiple chemical components. Do not ingest and avoid contact with eyes or skin. Wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during handling.
