细胞色素P450酶是一组主要存在于肝脏的同工酶，在外源物质代谢中具有重要作用，尤其是药物和毒物的代谢。NCR作为P450酶系的重要一员，催化氧化型P450还原再生。 测定原理：NCR催化NADPH还原氧化型细胞色素C，还原型细胞色素C在550nm处有特征吸收峰；通过测定550nm吸光度的增加速率，来计算NCR活性。
Cytochrome P450 enzymes are a group of isozymes primarily found in the liver and play an important role in the metabolism of xenobiotics, especially drugs and toxins. As a key member of the P450 enzyme system, NCR (NADPH-cytochrome c reductase) catalyzes the reduction of oxidized P450 to regenerate the active enzyme. Determination Principle: NCR catalyzes the reduction of oxidized cytochrome c by NADPH. Reduced cytochrome c exhibits a characteristic absorption peak at 550 nm. NCR activity is calculated by measuring the rate of increase in absorbance at 550 nm.
