NADP磷酸酶（NADPase）主要存在于植物组织中，是生物体内唯一催化NADP⁺降解为NAD⁺的酶。该酶与NADK共同调控NAD与NADP之间的代谢平衡。NADPase催化NADP⁺水解生成NAD⁺和无机磷（Pi），因此其活性可通过测定反应释放的无机磷量进行检测。
NADP phosphatase (NADPase) is predominantly found in plant tissues and is the sole enzyme responsible for catalyzing the conversion of NADP⁺ to NAD⁺ in vivo. This enzyme, together with NAD kinase (NADK), coordinately regulates the metabolic balance between NAD and NADP. NADPase catalyzes the hydrolysis of NADP⁺ to generate NAD⁺ and inorganic phosphate (Pi). Consequently, its activity can be determined by measuring the amount of Pi released during the reaction.
