一氧化氮（NO）是广泛分布于机体各系统的重要气体信号分子，在水溶液中易被氧化为NO₂⁻。本试剂盒采用Griess法进行检测：NO氧化生成的NO₂⁻与Griess试剂反应生成紫红色偶氮化合物，在520–560 nm处有特征吸收峰，通过测定吸光度即可间接定量NO含量。产品检测下限达1 μM，酚红和10%血清无明显干扰，适用于细胞/组织样本及其培养液、血清、血浆和尿液等样本的检测。本试剂仅用于科研，不适用于临床诊断。
Nitric oxide (NO) is an important gaseous signaling molecule widely distributed in various body systems, which is readily oxidized to nitrite (NO₂⁻) in aqueous solution. This kit uses the Griess method for detection: nitrite generated from NO oxidation reacts with Griess reagent to form a magenta azo compound with a characteristic absorption peak at 520–560 nm. The NO content can be indirectly quantified by measuring absorbance. The product has a detection limit as low as 1 μM, with no obvious interference from phenol red and 10% serum. It is suitable for testing cell/tissue samples and their culture media, serum, plasma, urine and other specimens. This reagent is for research use only and not intended for clinical diagnosis.
