Usage: Weigh 54.5 g of this product in 1 L of distilled or deionized water (the volume may be scaled up or down proportionally), stir and heat to boiling until completely dissolved, dispense into suitable containers, and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. After sterilization, shake immediately to prevent agar from settling and solidifying at the bottom of the vessel. When cooled to approximately 50–55°C, pour into plates or prepare slants, and set aside for use.
